HAMPTON + WELLS was born out of the idea that every home should be a lovely place to walk into. A breath of calm in the midst of our hectic lives. Ingrained in me from childhood is the idea that any living space should be cozy, warm, and inviting. Hampton + Wells are two street names that are near and dear to my heart. Hampton is the name of the street I grew up on and Wells is the name of the street I moved to when first arriving in Chicago for college. Both places invoke this sense of rest and warmth.

Hi, I’m Leah, the founder of HAMPTON + WELLS. I’m a Grand Rapids, MI native and I stumbled into real estate after graduating from college here in Chicago. I quickly learned I loved the industry and all of its twists & turns. After serving as a broker on a team for a number of years and seeing homes in all shapes & sizes, I have come to realize that my true love is in home design and seeing spaces come together. Because of my extensive experience in real estate, I have a keen eye for staging homes that will sell quickly and specifically match the style of the home to the style of furnishings.

Here at Hampton + Wells, we want to give that feeling to everyone who walks through one of our homes. We strive to make the staging process easy and effective for our clients. A simple phone call or email is enough to start the process! We work with realtors, homeowners, and developers across the Chicagoland area to transform spaces into modern homes that appeal to a broad base of a perspective buyers.
